PRODUCT CARE
DETERGENT
Prepare a small amount of PH neutral detergent / silk detergent ( a fruit and veggie wash from the grocery store is a great alternative)
DO NOT use REGULAR detergent or washing soap. even gentle detergent may be too harsh on real silk.
HAND WASH
if you are hand washing, use water at 30⁰C or below and do not soak for more than 5 minutes. add a tbs of white vinegar to the rinse process to preserve shine and finish with a clean water rinse.
MACHINE WASH SAFE
Add silk to a delicates bag and use a gentle wash cycle on moderate temp. water.
Do not dry silk in the dryer.
AIR DRY OR IRON
Air dry or iron on silk setting. Steam silk to eliminate creasing.
