Purchases
All purchases are pulled from on our in-store inventory which is synced in real time with our online inventory. We get an immediate notification when an online purchase is made to pull, pack and ship your items. In the unlikely event that our inventory is incorrect, we will send you an email notification and a full refund.
Shipping
We ship across Canada and the United States from our location in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Shipping is done with Canada Post Expedited Shipping.
FREE domestic shipping with the purchase of $150 before tax. Domestic Shipping under $150 is a flat rate of $15 International Shipping is flat rate $25
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please note, orders of high value will require a signature upon delivery.
In-Store Pickup/Delivery: If you are a local and select in-store pickup your items will be ready for pick up within 1 business days.
Returns: Online purchases can be returned for exchange or in-store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at [email protected] for return authorization number and instructions. All items must be UNWORN and have ORIGINAL tags attached. SALE ITEMS, jewelry, cosmetics, intimates/bodysuits, candles, scarves and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Christmas Gift Returns: Please leave a note with your purchase if you require a gift receipt. Christmas gift purchases can be returned for store credit or exchange until December 31st
Note: All import taxes, duties and related customs fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer.
