At the heart of our production process is a commitment to ethical labor practices and community empowerment. We’re proud to partner with two female-owned factories in Peru—Alpafina and Catálogo S.A.C.—who share our values of integrity, quality, and respect for people and the planet.

Across all our partner factories in Peru, we prioritize those that have achieved or are actively working toward Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production certification, the gold standard for ensuring humane and fair labor practices. Two of our factories, Diseño ACMM and Catálogo, are already certified, while 4S Textil and Tsonkiri are well on their way, supported by our production partner, World Textile Sourcing (WTS). For smaller operations like TAP, Marga, and Alpafina, WTS provides guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to ethical standards, even as they grow toward certification eligibility.
